We worked with Melanie at Happily Ever After for our May 2022 wedding and cannot say enough about how great our experience was. She was a true joy to work with from start to finish. She is so knowledgeable about her vast inventory and provided great suggestions throughout the planning process to fit our color scheme and vision. She has an incredible network, and if she doesn’t have exactly what you’re looking for, she will go above and beyond to try to make it happen. I brought a few inspiration photos to her during one of our initial meetings, and she was able to bring to life a custom, creative bar insert, as well as a background for a second bar, that both matched our wedding envelope liner and were truly centerpieces during the reception. She also helped us source some beautiful rattan lanterns that transformed the entire reception space. Lynchburg and the surrounding areas are so lucky to have this incredible small business. Would highly recommend Happily Ever After for any bride, family, or wedding planner! Couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her.

Melanie is amazing! Her inventory is like nothing else we have in Southwest Virginia. I've been lucky enough to work with her a few times in my capacity as Wedding Planner and all my clients have loved her. She puts in such effort and creativity to make sure they have a cohesive design and it's exactly what they want. I recommend her to everyone who wants to go above and beyond with their styling.

My wedding planner recommended Happily Ever After Rentals for my vintage/retro inspired wedding and it couldn't have been a better recommendation. Melanie has SO many amazing decor pieces to select from, with a variety of styles; nearly anyone can find something here that would look beautiful with their wedding. I decided to not only rent decor accents (furniture, smaller decor pieces, vendor tables, etc.), but also decided to rent chairs for me and my guests (100+ people) and it seriously MADE the vibe of my wedding. I knew it would be beautiful, but when I walked into my wedding space before anyone else arrived, I was in pure awe. It was beyond beautiful, so perfectly me, and I wouldn't have changed anything. I had easily over 15 people come up to me and say how perfectly "us" (me and my husband) our wedding design and decor was, and I owe most of it to Melanie. Beyond the beauty of the design Melanie added to my wedding, she was very kind and easy to work with. I had several changes to my order as the wedding got closer, and she was always very accommodating. Thank you, Melanie!!
